Game 2 of the 2025 Eastern Conference Finals is on Friday night as the New York Knicks host the Indiana Pacers. Jalen Brunson and teammates will try to bounce back at Madison Square Garden after the Pacers pulled off a stunning overtime comeback to win Game 1.
For the New York Knicks, this is their first appearance in the Eastern Conference Finals since 2000. Meanwhile, the Pacers are back in the Eastern Conference Finals for the second consecutive year. Indy was swept by the Celtics in 2024 and is looking for their first ECF victory since 2014.
The New York Knicks upset the defending champion Celtics in the second round, defeating Boston in six games. New York came back hard in the first two games and closed out the game at Madison Square Garden last Friday. Brunson has been excellent this playoff run, averaging 28.8 points and 7.7 assists per game.
Pacers beat Caveliers The No. 2 seed needed just five games to beat the Cleveland Pacers, led by All-Star guard Tyrese Haliburton, and eight Indiana players averaged seven or more points against the Caveliers.
